Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Under no circumstance will a dog(s) descending from any type of an aggressive breed lineage or mix be allowed on the property. Residents will strictly adhere to the following list of prohibited breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull / Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher / German Pinscher, German Shepherd / Belgian Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiffs (all breeds), Presa Canario / Dogo Canario and Rottweiler. Cats must be spayed or neutered. Immunization/ license records and photo are required. No animals considered "exotic", including snakes or reptiles, etc are allowed in the apartment.
